1. Delivery methods

We provide fast and secure delivery with Omniva throughout the Baltics:

• Omniva parcel machine (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) – receive your shipment at the nearest parcel machine at any time convenient for you.

• Omniva courier (in Latvia) – delivery to your door at the specified address on working days.

2. Delivery fee

• Omniva parcel machine in Latvia: 3.00 €

• Omniva parcel machine in Lithuania and Estonia: 8.00 €

• Omniva courier in Latvia: 8.00 €
  The exact delivery fee is calculated at the time of order placement, before payment.

3. Delivery time

• In Latvia: usually 1–3 working days after handing over the shipment to the carrier.

• In Estonia and Lithuania: usually 2–4 working days.
  Orders placed on working days until 14:00 are shipped on the same or next working day.
  Delivery time may be extended during holidays or promotions.

4. Delivery area

We deliver to all Omniva parcel machines in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania, as well as with Omniva courier throughout the territory of Latvia.

5. Shipment tracking

After handing over the shipment to Omniva, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number so you can easily track the delivery status.

6. Delivery delays and problems
